Dance members get their own vehicle, theft coverage, and on-demand repairs on a flexible monthly subscription. ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Mechanic E-Bike, you will:

• Inspect, repair, and make sure our e-bikes meet our high Dance standards.

• Prepare new bikes to be delivered to our members and upgrade existing bikes.

• Carry out maintenance and repair work on our members' bikes in the field and in the workshop.

• Provide feedback to our hardware and software team on the performance of our bikes and software.

• Be a part of a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

• Be an essential part of our team and be able to contribute your ideas to optimise our workshop and operations.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you:

• Experience as a mechatronics technician (preferably e-bike or e-moped).

• Ideally with the relevant vocational training (we are also happy to welcome career changers with a solid understanding of e-bike repairs!).

• Have an eye for quality and the drive to strive for it.

• Are preferably fluent in English and/or French.

• Are excited to help us grow, but work also on your personal growth.
