You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:<ul><li>Be responsible for Irish distribution customized key accounts business development</li><li>Analyze local market capacities, requirements and demands and define market strategies</li><li>Develop country specific strategies in order to achieve sales targets and to increase profitability</li><li>Coordinate with local Distribution Sales Managers country specific activities</li><li>Develop &amp; support new customized key customers (account development, relationship management, customized demands &amp; implement, and lead generation) in the Irish region</li><li>Manage and grow business activities of existing customers</li><li>Participate in conferences, exhibitions and other events</li></ul> Your profile All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have: <ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent;</li><li>Affinity to sales and distribution, with at least seven years of experience in sales or business development in the renewable industry, preferable in the inverter industry. </li><li>Work experience to build up and successfully develop the distribution business for an inverter manufacturer would be a great benefit.</li><li>Good knowledge of photovoltaics and inverters and in combination with strong commercial sales background.</li><li>Languages: English C1 speaker, any other European language is a plus. </li><li>Very good knowledge of MS-Office and CRM software.</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.</li></ul>
