Currently we already have more than 1800 customers. If you join our team, you will work on further expanding our client portfolio and revenue. You would do this by:<ul><li>Forecasting, reporting on and achieving demand generation and revenue targets of your team;</li><li>Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and managing your team;</li><li>Collaborating with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members;</li><li>Motivating the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship;</li><li>Providing insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.</li></ul> Who are you: This role is perfect for you, if you meet the following:<ul><li>At least 5 years of experience building &amp; managing a high performing sales teams;</li><li>Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment with short sales cycles;</li><li>Experienced in using &amp; optimizing CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other supporting sales software;</li><li>(Near) native level Spanish speaker with business proficiency in English;</li><li>High energy, willingness to learn and a self-starter.
