As a Welder/Fabricator, you’ll ensure that all fabricated assemblies meet spec, withstand pressure, and hold up in the field. This critical shop-floor work directly supports system performance, safety, and scalability.<h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul> <li>Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, Inconel, and other metal components using GTAW/TIG and GMAW/MIG processes</li> <li>Fit-up and fabricate pipe, tubing, and assemblies per drawings and tolerances</li> <li>Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and process specs</li> <li>Prep materials—cutting, beveling, and cleaning to ensure proper fit and weld integrity</li> <li>Operate standard fab shop tools: saws, grinders, drills, fixtures</li> <li>Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and documentation</li> <li>Assist with job staging, material handling, and movement of parts using forklift/mobile equipment</li> <li>Provide feedback on design for manufacturability and propose process improvements</li> <li>Support a wide range of business needs beyond fabrication, assisting cross-functional teams with prototyping, assembly, testing, and general operations as required to meet project and organizational goals.</li> <li>Communicate clearly and proactively with team members, engineers, and leadership to share progress, flag issues early, provide solutions, and keep projects moving efficiently.</li> <li>Demonstrate flexibility to support extended work hours or workweeks as needed to meet critical project deadlines or business priorities.</li> <li>Support and mentor junior fabricators; be a go-to technical resource</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>What We’re Looking For</li> <ul> <li>5–10+ years of welding experience, focused on stainless steel and high-spec hardware</li> <li>High proficiency in TIG welding thin-wall pipe and structural elements</li> <li>Comfort with MIG processes and multi-pass welding</li> <li>Strong blueprint reading and fit-up skills</li> <li>Attention to detail and pride in clean, consistent welds</li> <li>Willingness to take feedback and adapt to a high-performance team culture</li> <li>Availability for overtime and occasional weekend work (7:00 am–3:30 pm core hours)</li> <li>U.S.-based only.
