Dive in and thrive! Your Role As Smart Grid Consultant (w/m/d), you advise our clients on the use of our software, as well as the adjustments of their business processes. In a team with other consultants, you support our users in the independent and profitable use of our software. We accompany our customer groups in a reliable and long-term-oriented way and manage their success. That is why we also call this task Customer Success Management. In this role, you act as a connecting link between our internal stakeholders and the customer, assuming a key function in the overall product development process.   How You Make an Impact <ul><li>Working closely with the Customer Implementation team, you are responsible for the onboarding of new customers in pilot and rollout projects</li><li>You consult customers on the development of their business processes with the help of our software</li><li>Through regular communication with the various stakeholders, you identify and determine the biggest challenges and improvement potentials in the technical and operative processes</li><li>You are the first contact person for our users and serve as the interface between them and internal stakeholders from the Product and Sales departments </li><li>You determine and analyze key figures on customer use and customer satisfaction </li></ul> Your Profile Perfection is a myth!
