<div>Job Details<div>Job Location: Portland, TN - Portland, TN 37148</div><div>Position Type: Full Time</div></div>The Bill of Materials (B.O.M.) Analyst will help create and implement the new work order process along with all change management and sustaining of the new process.  The B.O.M. Analyst will oversee the BOM integrity &amp; GP systems set up while acting as a liaison between Integration and Procurement Departments. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Create a plan to transition the work order process from a manual paper process to electronic</li><li>Work with cross functional teams to gather requirements to build out the new electronic work order process </li><li>Create and manage the change management and communications plans for the new work order system implementation</li><li>Make decisions on all changes to the systems and day to day process</li><li>Train all users on the new process at go-live</li><li>Creates and manages Work instructions for new electronic work order process</li><li>Inputs BOM for all parts to be manufactured according to the most recent drawing/revision from Engineering.</li><li>Reviews all inventory component parts to ensure sufficient quantity to fulfill work order</li><li>Upon final processing, provides manufacturing work order to operations supervisor for scheduling and distribution.</li></ul><ul><li>Provides on the job training to newly assigned employees and resolves problems utilizing knowledge of work order process.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of systems experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience with Great Plains software</li><li>College Degree is preferred</li><li>High school diploma is required</li><li>Knowledge of automated or computerized system operation.</li><li>Knowledge of safety practices.</li></ul>Shoals Technologies Group, LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
