In this role you will handle matters such as implementing policies, processes and systems to improve our trade compliance in line with global regulations. You will work closely with the Country Trade Compliance Officers as well as different stakeholders on trade related matters, such teams working with inbound and outbound, customs, design, SCM. As a person you know how to connect and build relations both globally and locally both internally and externally.Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure that all business transactions (selling and sourcing, direct or indirect business, binding offers, imports, exports, transit trade, of goods, services, software, documents, samples, marketing materials and technology) are carried out in accordance with Corporate Regulation, Standard Operating Procedures, processes and guidelines.</li><li>Long-term Supplier declarations – Collaborate together with our external suppliers to ensure that long-term supplier declarations are available for required article numbers. Collect, compile, follow up and update.</li><li>Export calculations – Perform calculations to ensure compliance with preferential origin.</li><li>Harmonization System Codes (Tariff code) – Responsible for the classification of all items, products and parts with support from technical experts and Trade Compliance Officers.
