Der Nachweis von Krankheitserregern in rohen und prozessierten Lebensmitteln mit Hilfe von schnellen, sensitiven und zuverlässigen Methoden entlang der gesamten Produktionskette ist essentiell, um Verbraucher vor möglichen gesundheitlichen Folgen zu schützen. Am Standort in Freiburg werden verschiedene alternative Schnellmethoden zum sicheren Nachweis humanpathogener Mikroorganismen entwickelt, die v. A. auf Real-Time PCR-Technologie basieren.
Ihre Aufgaben
Der Schwerpunkt Ihrer Aufgaben ist die aktive Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung und Dokumentation mikrobiologischer und molekularbiologischer Arbeiten in der Entwicklung, Verifizierung und Validierung von Methoden zum Nachweis und der Quantifizierung pathogener Mikroorganismen in Lebens-und Futtermitteln mittels real-time PCR.
Dazu gehören:
- Selbstständige Organisation, Durchführung und Dokumentation von:
- Klassischen mikrobiologischen Arbeiten im S2/S3**-Labor nach den jeweils gültigen ISO-Normen
- Definierte Zugabe von Mikroorganismen in Probenmaterial und deren spezifische Anreicherung
- Methoden für die Nukleinsäure-Isolierung und Analytik mittels real-time PCR, RT-PCR
- Automatisierung dieser Methoden
- Planung und Durchführung von allgemeinen Labortätigkeiten (u.a. Herstellung von Puffern und mikrobiologischen Nährmedien, Umgebungskontroll-Monitoring, Unterstützung des Bestellwesens)
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von SOPs und anderen Dokumenten zur Qualitätssicherung in einem mikrobiologischen Labor
