We are Now Hiring a Customer Service Representative in Arlington, VA!

Transdev is proud to offer:

$17.00/ hour

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns, escalating when necessary.
Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
Document trip authorizations and details

Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Ability to operate Five9 software telephone system
Computer literate with the capacity to learn new software
Excellent customer service skills
