L'Expert Analytique est le point de contact privilégié du client industriel au sein du laboratoire. Il est au cœur des problématiques clients ce qui l’amène à développer une large expertise de l’analyse au service des acteurs de l’agro-alimentaire.

Les missions :

Assurer l'interface technique entre le laboratoire et les clients
Suivre l’avancement des analyses et gérer des dossiers clients stratégiques
Valider et interpréter des résultats d’analyses physico-chimiques
Conseiller techniquement les clients sur les analyses à réaliser
Aider les clients dans l’exploitation de leurs résultats
Accompagner les clients dans leur gestion de crise
Collaborer avec les équipes du laboratoire (nouvelles méthodes, investigations, suivi qualité)
Contribuer au développement des ventes et être un support technique aux équipes commerciales
