Position OverviewApollo seeks a Transaction Manager to provide the Consumer &amp; Residential Credit team with support primarily related to business purpose residential mortgage loans, consumer loans and residential mortgage loans as well as structures and lending facilities related to such loans.  This is a hands-on role that requires senior level experience with residential mortgages, asset management and technical infrastructure maintenance.  Will require fluency in commercial contracts, term sheets and agreements as well as advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with business programming languages and database management such as SQL, Tableau and PowerBI.  Must be able to work independently, design business processes, oversee and develop junior level team members and autonomously manage day to day operations.<ul><li>Responsible for primary relationship management with investors and sellers;
