This person will be detail oriented and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. These communication skills will be foundational in taking on responsibilities curating and managing our extensive list of technology-related contracts. This person should be able to demonstrate a strong desire to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence. These skills will be foundational to assist with managing the renewal pipeline for the rest of the IT Procurement team along with ensuring data accuracy of our contract and purchase order records.Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>Utilize software systems including Contract Lifecycle Management, ERP, Work Management, and office applications</li><li>Analyze data for accuracy and update CLM accordingly</li><li>Review current contract estate for financial risk and update records accordingly</li><li>Negotiate contracts and renewals under $50K TCV</li><li>Collect requirements from stakeholders for contract renewals and net new requisitions</li><li>Propose process Improvements</li><li>Perform cost analysis</li><li>Assess financial and commercial risk</li><li>Generate and prepare reports</li><li>Create purchase orders for execution with suppliers</li><li>Prepare and present data / findings in a concise readable format</li></ul>Position Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in a Procurement or Supply Chain Role</li><li>Ensure compliance with Procurement standards and internal processes</li><li>Manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of procurement and vendor related activities</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders and departments to align procurement goals to business needs</li><li>As needed, provide procurement support and guidance to internal stakeholders</li><li>Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools</li><li>Basic understanding of financial cost analysis principles</li></ul>Additional Experience Preferred:<ul><li>Understanding of core IT concepts (SaaS, Software, Infrastructure technology, and Professional Services)</li><li>CPSM, CPM or related qualifications</li><li>Understanding of procure-to-pay lifecycle</li></ul>If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
