You'll manage project plans, coordinate with teams, and ensure timelines are met for successful project delivery.Key Responsibility:<ul><li>Develop, update, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. </li><li>Ensure that the project schedule aligns with the project objectives and is achievable within the given timeframe.</li><li>Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, in coordination with other departments and stakeholders. </li><li>Ensure that resources are utilized efficiently to meet project milestones.</li><li>Identify potential risks and uncertainties that could impact the project schedule. </li><li>Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions.</li><li>Regularly monitor project progress against the established schedule. </li><li>Identify delays or deviations and work with project teams to implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.</li><li>Collaborate with the cost control team to integrate project cost estimates and budgets into the project schedule. </li><li>Monitor and report on cost performance in relation to the schedule.</li><li>Prepare and distribute project progress reports, including schedule updates, to stakeholders such as project managers, clients, and senior management. </li><li>Ensure effective communication of project status and issues.</li><li>Assess the impact of changes or variations in the project scope on the schedule and make necessary adjustments. </li><li>Evaluate change requests and provide recommendations.</li><li>Ensure that planning and scheduling processes adhere to industry best practices and quality standards.
