Your Mission As Predium's Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform by leading product strategy, development, and execution. You will work closely with our founders to translate the company's vision into actionable strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and commercial departments. Your focus will be on building powerful data-driven products and human-centered solutions that transform the industry. As an evangelist for the Predium platform, you will ensure that we build industry-leading products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your Responsibilities <ul><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the Technology Unit (Data, Engineering, and Design) as well as Customer Unit (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to build and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap.</li><li>Drive ongoing market and competitive analysis to develop a deep understanding of the industry landscape and identify opportunities for innovation.</li><li>Identify product opportunities through thorough market research, internal collaboration, and engagement with customers and partners.</li><li>Estimate product value and revenue potential, and craft successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including pre-sales support.</li><li>Oversee product positioning and ensure successful product launches, along with effective GTM strategies such as training, sales support, and communication plans.</li><li>Build and maintain the product roadmap, setting clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals in alignment with internal stakeholders.</li><li>Build and lead a high-performing product management and research team, driving innovation and maintaining a standard of product excellence.</li></ul> Your Profile <ul><li>7+ years of product leadership experience in complex SaaS or enterprise software environments.</li><li>Strong track record of discovering product opportunities through market and financial analysis and translating them into successful products.</li><li>Senior industry expertise, particularly in complex industries, with the ability to build scalable, revenue-generating products.</li><li>Deep knowledge of state-of-the-art software development and the ability to collaborate with engineering to implement technical excellence.</li><li>A strong affinity for revenue generation, with a keen understanding of how product decisions impact commercial outcomes.</li><li>Proven ability to build autonomous product teams, empowering them to make critical decisions while maintaining long-term strategic focus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in German and English, particularly with revenue teams, and a hands-on approach to leadership without creating negative pressure.</li></ul>Bonus points:<ul><li>Working knowledge of data science and real estate is a plus.</li></ul> Why Predium?
