We are currently looking for technicians that are Safety and Quality focused with a drive to meet and beat daily production goals.If this sounds like you, come grow with us as we continue to build a sustainable tomorrow together!Required Skills / Abilities:<ul><li>HVAC experience is required.</li><li>Strong mechanical and pipefitting skills.</li><li>Experience operating and maintaining steam boilers, heating equipment and compressors.</li><li>Ability to read and work from blueprints.</li><li>Ability to follow safe work practices and standard operation procedures.</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment.</li></ul>Key Job Responsibilities: In this role, you will:<ul><li>Adhere to all company safety and BSP requirements.  </li><li>Install piping, tubing, and related devices.</li><li>Perform mechanical maintenance on a variety of building and process equipment.</li><li>Perform building maintenance with plumbing, piping, etc.</li><li>Maintain and operate water treatment equipment.</li><li>Operate and maintain steam and heating boilers.</li><li>Maintain compressed air equipment.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work area.</li><li>Develop procedures for preventive maintenance tasks when applicable.</li><li>Occasionally assist with contractor management on site.</li><li>Assist other maintenance technicians with maintenance tasks.</li></ul>Minimum Hiring Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and accredited trade school diploma/ certificate are required.</li><li>2-year technical degree in Mechanical, Industrial trade preferred.</li><li>Relative experience will be given in lieu of formal education. </li><li>5 years minimum of industrial maintenance experience.</li><li>Applicable military training will be considered as equivalent to industrial experience.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.</li></ul>​#INDGIGAir Products proudly values the skills, dedication, and leadership that Veterans bring to the table.
