Being a solution-oriented team player will ensure a good fit with the teams you support.</div><div> </div><div>What you will be doing</div><ul><li>Provide high quality administrative support to the global Compliance team, in particular the New Geo Compliance Team (NGCT).</li><li>Collect and organize supporting documentation for listing application submissions.</li><li>Interface with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.<ul><li>The global Compliance team (covering a minimum of 4 time zones)</li><li>Product Line Management</li><li>Program Managers</li><li>Field Application Engineers in various countries.</li></ul><ul><li>Government agencies</li><li>Regulators</li><li>Whitelisting agencies.</li></ul></li><ul><li>Internal stakeholders would include:</li><li>External stakeholders would include:</li></ul><li>Following listing application submissions, follow-up with regulators and agencies. This communication is mostly conducted via email or phone calls.</li><li>Work towards tight program and scheduling timelines and provide regular status updates.</li><li>Quickly pivot, if priorities change.</li><li>At regular intervals, whole documents or sections of documents will need to be reviewed and updated as required.</li><li>As required, provide high quality Technical Writing support to the Compliance team.</li></ul><div>Who you are and What you bring</div><div>Essential</div><ul><li>A formal tertiary qualification with minimum 2 years of Technical Writing experience.</li><li>Understand and document English at a high level to articulate issues clearly, succinctly and accurately in writing and verbally.</li><li>Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel etc.). </li><li>Working knowledge of Jira and SharePoint document management system.</li><li>Be adept to learn new platforms and applications as these may be introduced from time to time.</li><li>Be organized, methodical and systematic in executing tasks with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Be flexible if priorities change.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines. </li><li>Able to demonstrate basic understanding of product compliance and global regulatory requirements along with good geographic knowledge.</li><li>Basic grasp of technical terminology used in electronics/electrical engineering.</li><li>Able to follow instructions but thinking ahead and be proactive.</li><li>Provide good return briefs to ensure scope clarity.</li><li>Transparent in your communication with your team members and manager.
