Identifying and implementing continuous improvement, the improvement shall include and not be limited to Yield, Throughput, Productivity, Price of nonconformities and Cost of sales.  Ensure the smooth functioning of the production lines, develop new techniques, and  modify existing processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensures continuous improvement in process, cost, quality, and production.</li><li>Identify opportunities by analyzing process data and metrics.</li><li>Optimize current processes to meet all customer and internal requirements.</li><li>Facilitates team to critically review current processes for effectiveness, quality, and simplification.</li><li>Develops processes for high efficiency and cost effectiveness.</li><li>Develop, sustain, and improve process related documentation.</li><li>Eliminates waste using lean principles.</li><li>Responsible for all aspects of lean deployment and six sigma activities.</li><li>Implements appropriate sustainable process controls.</li><li>Provide process data analytics for process monitoring, diagnosis, and optimization.</li><li>Monitor, measure and monetize projects and actions post implementation to quantify improvement.</li><li>Performs risk assessments and implements appropriate risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Designs, runs, tests, and qualifies systems and processes.</li><li>Perform process design, development, and implementation of capital projects.</li><li>Analyze and trouble shoot process problems to make continuous and permanent improvements.</li><li>Develops in depth knowledge of organizations business lines and products.</li><li>Implements innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness.</li><li>Provide leadership and mentorship to employees. </li><li>Provide support and guidance to team to meet daily work demands.  </li><li>Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.</li><li>Provide training/training programs as needed. </li><li>Ensures compliance with company and industry standards. </li><li>Continuously promote right first time and drive first pass yield. </li></ul>Other Responsibilities: <ul><li>Critical thinking, Sound decision maker and strict attention to detail. </li><li>Coordinate cross training per the business needs</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>BSEE, PHD in Mechanical, Electrical a plus</li><li>5 - 8 years of managerial experience leading process engineering teams. </li><li>8-10 years of experience leading process engineering teams.</li><li>RF experience. </li><li>General knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP Software.</li><li>Follows all import/export requirements, consulting with facility import/export personnel as required.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO9k and/or AS9100.</li><li>Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma/Kaizen.</li><li>Knowledge of specific software (design, analysis, ERP…</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills and capabilities.  </li><li>Black belt Lean/ 6 sigma certification.</li><li>5S implementations.</li><li>Leading Gemba and Kaizen events.</li><li>Experience with CAD software/ AUTO CAD.</li><li>SPC/CPK/DOE expert. </li><li>US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance.</li></ul>  Salary Range: $141,900.00-$189,200.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
