If you are prepared to work in an exciting and rewarding environment, we look forward to considering your experience and qualifications.</strong> </p><p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm, onsite, Moses Lake, WA</p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON</strong></p><ul><li>Communicate daily with production team to prioritize maintenance/HVAC work.</li><li>Review and prioritize work orders daily, for repair and maintenance of HVAC, machinery, and mechanical equipment.</li><li>Develop and implement maintenance activities as listed, preventive maintenance, work order system, critical parts inventory, field equipment inventory, maintenance skill development, predictive maintenance.</li><li>Maintain inventory, and quality of tools, parts, repair supplies and other materials; obtain quotes for replacement parts and materials and prepare requisitions as needed; fabricate parts not commercially available using hand and machine tools; maintain tools and equipment in good working order.</li><li>Have working knowledge in the following trades: HVAC Equipment, process pumps (mag drive and diaphragm pumps), overhead door maintenance, Reverse Osmosis (RO)/Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems, and cooling towers. </li><li>Provide technical support and resources as necessary to every department in the plant regarding HVAC equipment, machinery, and any other facility issues.</li><li>Analyze and troubleshoot HVAC, mechanical, and electrical issues; implement corrective actions.</li><li>Estimate material needs and repair/replace defective components.</li><li>Fabricate non-standard parts using appropriate tools and machinery.</li><li>Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order.</li><li>Report unsafe equipment and practices to supervisors or management.</li><li>Write procedures and maintain documentation of repairs, calibrations, tests, etc.</li><li>Keep detailed service records to ensure compliance and operational readiness.</li><li>Uphold all MLI policies and “MLI Code of Conduct.”</li><li>Strict compliance with Environmental and Safety regulations.</li><li>Compliance and individual accountability with the MLI Quality System and ISO Registration is required.  It is the employee’s commitment to ensure that the Company’s actual practices and procedures are exercised as directed.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to support and sustain a high performing team.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>High school Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>HVAC Licenses.<ul><li>Electrical 06A (Required)</li><li>Refrigeration EPA 608 Universal (Required)</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Working knowledge of process chillers, split systems, package units(20ton), mini-splits, and Trane control systems.</li><li>Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software</li><li>Demonstrated ability to:</li><li>Follow written and verbal instructions in English.</li><li>Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, to meet established deadlines.</li><li>Work as a team and/or independently.</li><li>Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Maintain regular and punctual attendance.</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>HVAC Service Tech experience: 3 years (Preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>SALARY &amp; BENEFITS</strong></p><p><em>Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.</em></p><p><em>Summary pay range: $30-$44/hour</em></p><p><em>Located in central Washington, an outdoor recreational oasis, we offer the following benefits: compensation, medical, vision, and dental insurance benefits.</em></p><ul><li>You can work in an environment where teamwork is encouraged and where you have the opportunities for personal and professional growth.</li><li>Generous PTO: Your time off is important!</li><li>Medical/Dental/Vision: Majority of premiums paid by MLI. The employee may work in the presence of fumes or airborne particles, hot, toxic or corrosive chemicals, water, liquids and electrical equipment.  The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.  When working in the presence of these hazards, the employee is expected to follow company safety rules and use proper personal protection such as: hardhat, respirator, hearing protection, protective clothing, safety glasses, safety footwear, etc.  MLI is an alcohol and drug free workplace. <strong>Employees will work in a covered Process Safety Management (PSM) environment containing threshold quantities of flammable liquids and/or gasses that have a potential for fire or explosion. Employees working in this environment are required to be free from devices that are not considered intrinsically safe.
