In our HRT (Heating and Refrigeration Technologies) division, our proven comprehensive portfolio - including heat pumps - plays a crucial role towards the decarbonization of cities and the reduction of global CO₂ emissions. Our HRT division is now seeking a skilled and motivated individual to be responsible for the setup and validation of Master Data, as part of GEA's global transition to the SAP S/4Hana system. You will play an integral role throughout the project rollout phases, from data readiness assessments and mobilisation, through to the hyper-care and life-support stages. Post migration, you will be responsible for validation of open items and overall data quality, plus responsible for adequate data quality for the division during roll-out and quality improvements after go live.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Manage the several data migrations needed, throughout the program waves and ensure data accuracy and integrity</li><li>Oversee maintenance of data and adherence to quality guidelines.</li><li>Establish divisional data cleansing activities in collaboration with central data teams</li><li>Oversee pre-migration data cleansing and validation efforts together with local key stakeholders</li><li>Align data mappings and lead local data experts</li><li>Report status, progress, risks, and issues to the divisional data manger</li><li>Implement global data standards</li><li>Support the organisation with data migration planning and execution</li><li>Provide insights on data-related requirements</li><li>Support stakeholders with data setup for testing activities</li><li>Support issue resolution concerning rollout efforts</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with SAP roll-outs / Data Migrations</li><li>3+ years hands-on experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX as a migration specialist</li><li>Experience in ERP transformation projects, ideally in an international complex matrix environment</li><li>Proven change management skills</li><li>A proven track record of relevant practical experience with master data management activities, preferably in an engineering context</li><li>Analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills and a structured way of working</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally</li><li>English (working proficient), German language is a plus</li></ul>We offer:<ul><li>The chance to contribute to a better world</li><li>An exciting task in a diverse, friendly and motivated team</li><li>True ownership in your area of responsibility and the freedom to make a difference </li><li>International and innovative environment</li><li>Hybrid work model</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
