Then come join us!  <h2>Job Description</h2>Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibility Area 1 – Sales Order entry &amp; order maintenance 50%<ul><li>Assist with order entry &amp; order maintenance in our ERP system</li><li>Problem-solving with order logistics &amp; shipping questions</li><li>Reviewing orders &amp; order flows</li></ul>Key Responsibility Area 2 – Warranty claims processing &amp; administration – 50%<ul><li>Assist with warranty claim processing</li><li>Provide efficient &amp; accurate warranty resolutions for customers</li></ul>Skills, Experience &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Educational Background – degree in business or similar, or proven understanding of commercial practices.</li><li>3-5 years’ experience in a customer support or customer-facing role, preferably across multiple countries in APAC.</li><li>Experience using MS suite of products in particular MS Dynamics, Teams, Excel &amp; Oracle JDE ERP preferred, CMS experience considered a bonus</li><li>Industry experience – hospitality industry preferred but not essential, bicycle retail or wholesale an advantage</li><li>Skills – Time management, complex &amp; technical problem solving, critical thinking, communication across cultures &amp; extreme curiosity &amp; willingness to learn.</li><li>Values – hospitality, empathy, working with a great team, commitment to excellence, attention to detail.</li><li>Flexibility requirements – some work aligned with time zones in specific markets in APAC may be required from time to time</li></ul>If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
