About the Job

Responsibilities / Tasks

Auxiliar na emissão de pedidos de compra para materiais e serviços.
Auxiliar na cotação de materiais e serviços.
Realizar pequenas negociações com fornecedores nacionais e posteriormente sua compra.
Auxiliar no processo de qualificação de fornecedores.
Realizar a solicitação de cadastro de novos fornecedores no ERP.
Auxiliar em atividades diárias de facilities.
Auxiliar na atualização de indicadores pertinentes à área.
Atualizar os indicadores internos para auxiliar nas tomadas de decisão dos compradores
Realizar follow ups com fornecedores específicos e comunicar os clientes internos caso tenha alterações nos prazos.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Cursando engenharia ou administração.
Boa comunicação oral e escrita
Conhecimento Ferramentas do office
Inglês nível básico
