Responsibilities:

  • Drive Continuous Improvement program to implement across the board
  • Settle process cycle  for SAP routing and identify any variances from cycle time in routing  
  • Able to identify and implement productivity improvement and provide proper solution
  • Apply Lean approaches to improve plant capacity , eliminate wastes , minimize lead-time an WIP, Improves manufacturing efficiency by standardize work flow ,maximize existing space and design for equipment layout.
  • To be leader to call internal and global team  meeting for productivity and capacity improvement, Coordinate with OPEX global team to deploy any Lean approaches to plant level and Able to be a trainer for Lean White & Greenbelt training to employees

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IE , Electronic , Electrical or Mechanic and Proficient in English
  • 5-10 years experience , MNC and global company are a plus
  • Familiar with Lean initiatives ( VSM/VSD , SMED , Line Balance etcs) and knows how to eliminate 8 wastes
  • Knowledge on SAP to create Routing
  • Leadership and collaboration skill to take lead meeting with team
