Then let's see what awaits you: Engineer Scheduling: <ul><li>Coordinate and organise schedules for engineers to ensure timely service delivery.</li><li>Liaise with customers to confirm service appointments and address any scheduling conflicts.</li><li>Adjust schedules based on engineer availability, customer needs, and service priorities.</li></ul>  Quote Management: <ul><li>Request quotes from service partners for various service-related tasks.</li><li>Compare and contest quotes from different service partners to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.</li><li>Maintain a record of all quotes received and the decisions made.</li></ul>  Invoicing Assistance: <ul><li>Assist the Service Department in completing invoicing tasks.</li><li>Ensure all service-related activities are accurately recorded and billed.</li><li>Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.</li></ul>  GSP Ticketing System Management: <ul><li>Monitor and manage the GSP ticketing system to track service requests.</li><li>Assign and prioritise tickets based on urgency and engineer availability.</li><li>Follow up on completed tickets to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.</li></ul>  Engineer Onsite Report Management: <ul><li>Review and verify onsite reports submitted by engineers for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Communicate with engineers to address any missing or unclear information in their reports.</li><li>Send finalised reports to customers in a timely manner.</li></ul>  Customer Communication: <ul><li>Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding service updates, scheduling, and report submissions.</li><li>Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to service delivery.</li></ul>  Documentation and Record-Keeping: <ul><li>Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including schedules, quotes, invoices, and tickets.</li><li>Ensure that all documentation is organized and easily accessible for reference.</li><li>The role is not limited to the task above and adaptability will be crucial to excelling in the role.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)</li><li>Great communicator.</li><li>Good coordination skills.</li><li>High attention to details. </li><li>Flexible working availability.</li><li>English language at C1 level.</li></ul>
