Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Responsible for North India Shoe sales and Spunbond bond other applications.</li><li>Develop market for Spunbond other applications like carpet, Automotive etc of India</li><li>Managing and leading local sales personnel, responsible for development of local team of Agents/distributors.</li><li>And for building up a strong local sales and distributors in the North India footwear industry.</li><li>Working together with local/global sales and marketing team, coordinating, and supporting resource globally and locally to provide a structured approach to the key accounts in the responsible areas.</li><li>Technical support to Shoe Industry and newly developed industry in aligned with Global technical support.</li><li>Being accountable for achieving assigned tasks and targeted operation result</li><li>Doing Market Research, Sales Forecast/Planning and data maintenance, and setting up the short term strategy plans to develop new business applications while maintaining and increasing existing business together with local and global teams.</li><li>To manage and deliver the relevant budgets and business reports.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor Degree or above is required, preferably in Footwear/Textile Engineering, preferably MBA from Reputed institute</li><li>At least 3-10 years of successful sales and management experiences in Footwear/Technical textile industry</li><li>Fluency in both English and local (Hindi) (understanding of other local language is a plus, e.g. Bengal or Tamil.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced skill with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint)</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
