About the Job
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Analysen an Pharmaproben mit Hilfe sämtlicher im Labor zur Verfügung stehenden, qualifizierten Analysengeräte gemäss GMP Vorschriften und SOP
- Schwerpunkt: Mikrobiologische Prüfungen von Umgebungsmonitoring-Proben (Wasser, Oberflächen, Luft) und nicht-sterilen Produkten
- Eingangskontrolle und Erfassung von Probendaten und Aufträgen
- Selbstständiges Dokumentieren der Arbeiten in Protokollen bzw. Worksheets
- Eintrag von Untersuchungsergebnisse in unser LIMS System
- Inhaltliche Kontrolle (z.B. Vollständigkeit) von Rohdaten, Worksheets, Ergebniseintragungen (Peer Review)
- Mitarbeit am Einkauf von Verbrauchsmaterial, Bewirtschaftung und Bevorratung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Laborleitung
- Unterhaltsarbeiten (z.B. Reinigung, Re-Qualifikationen) gemäss Plan (Metrology)
- Fachgerechte Deaktivierung und Entsorgung biologischer Abfälle
- Mitarbeit an der GMP-konformen Archivierung
- Selbststudium von zugewiesenen Dokumenten (z.B. SOP-Revisionen)
- Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Standorts
