If you’re looking for meaningful impact through innovation, we’d love to have you on board.What You'll Do?<ul><li>Take full ownership of electronic systems: define electrical specifications, design schematics, select components, manage PCB layout, proof of design, system-level integration, and manufacturing</li><li>Lead the electronic design process from concept to production, including design freeze and release to manufacturing</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including firmware, middleware, mechanics, system, product, and operations</li><li>Work with subcontractors and consultants throughout the design and development phases</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering</li><li>5–8 years of proven experience as a board design engineer in a multidisciplinary environment – must</li><li>Strong system-level understanding and experience managing technical projects</li><li>Hands-on experience with Altium, lab testing tools, control systems (stepper motors &amp; BLDC), MCUs, and CPUs</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team</li><li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in parallel</li></ul>Advantages<ul><li>Experience in EMI/RFI, solar systems, computer vision, cable harness design</li><li>Knowledge of FPGAs, DSPs, and GPUs</li></ul>

We must never forget that the traditional hives most commonly used in the world today (Langstroth box) were designed by us, humans, about 150 years ago. Most people are so used to them that we mistakenly confuse them with bees' natural habitat. That is far from being the case. By completely redesigning the beehive we were able to address a lot of the inefficiencies of the commonly used hives and significantly improve bees&rsquo; well-being and life longevity. For us, bees come first; our customers come second; and then all the rest.</div>
