Role Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Partnerships to drive collaboration with key stakeholders, build impactful relationships, and secure partnerships that align with our mission to address climate and environmental challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, strategic planning, and cross-sector collaborations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute a partnership strategy to build and maintain relationships with corporations, NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the organization’s objectives and values.</li><li>Negotiate partnership agreements, including funding, resource sharing, and program collaboration.</li><li>Represent the organization at key events, forums, and meetings to promote visibility and establish connections.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnership initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership management, business development, or a similar role.</li><li>Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to secure high-value partnerships and manage complex relationships.</li><li>Knowledge of the environmental sector in Ghana is a strong advantage.</li></ul>Key Skills: Strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, project management, and financial acumen.
