This role involves leading a team of skilled engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality navigation solutions at scale, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes.         What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Lead and manage a team of Backend engineers, overseeing the development of both end-to-end services and core infrastructure components.</li><li>Work closely with Product &amp; Algo teams to design and refine routing algorithms &amp; continuously optimize algorithms to handle large-scale, real-time data efficiently.</li><li>Develop, own, and execute the team's roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. </li><li>Oversee project objectives to enhance and support the overall product strategy.</li><li>Play a central role in managing, coaching, and fostering the growth of your engineering team.</li><li>Guide and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional results by promoting best practices and addressing technical challenges on projects requiring advanced technical expertise.
