Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious targets for our Predictive Maintenance Software in the wind energy sector.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with key clients, and secure strategic partnerships to expand our global footprint.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, fostering a customer-centric approach and ensuring continuous skill development within the team.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine our sales approach and align product offerings accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and product enhancements based on customer feedback.</li><li>Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to provide regular updates to the executive leadership team. </li><li>Ultimately, we expect industry knowledge as well as technical, and industry-related engineering knowledge.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Proven track record of at least 10 years of successful sales leadership experience in the B2B SaaS industry, with a focus on complex software solutions.</li><li>Extensive experience in selling into the renewable energy sector, specifically wind energy and wind turbine predictive maintenance, is highly desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage with clients, build lasting relationships, and close deals.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
