Senior Devops Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing, deploying and automating CI/CD pipelines for all our products and platform services leveraging open source tools, across production and testing environments
• Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform or Ansible, implement infrastructure changes as code, ensuring consistency and repeatability.
• Collaborating with development teams to suggest architecture improvements, enhance code quality and deployment strategies.
• Implementing observability, monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Optimizing system performance and troubleshoot complex issues related to infrastructure and application deployment
• Deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters for efficient container orchestration and microservices architectures. Optimize cluster performance and ensure high availability.
• Assisting in implementing robust security practices, including IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning, and ensure application and infrastructure audit compliance.
• Defining system recovery scenarios and ensure resilience requirements are met
• Developing and maintaining release management process and continually improve operational processes by streamlining workflows

To be successful in this role, you should have/ be:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or  a related field.
• At least 5 years of extensive experience as DevOps engineer using IaC stack and cloud-native tools.
• Solid experience in CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git, and infra management and provisioning tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services, especially AWS.
• Demonstrated competence in Kubernetes and of containerization technologies, and familiarity with Helm.
• Familiarity with observability/monitoring/logging platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, JavaScript).
• Deep competence in IAM.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and highly driven environment.
• A self-starter with a growth-mindset and proactiveness in working independently to drive toward results
• Prior experience in startups and working with remote teams.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity.
