Then come join us!Trek is looking for an energetic Technical Support I to join our fun and talented Technical Product Support team.This position is focused on researching, diagnosing, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. Collaborates with the Customer Service and software development teams.<ul><li>Position Responsibilities:</li><li>Serves as a first contact for troubleshooting software/hardware issues within the organization</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer support by actively listening, understanding customer issues, and providing effective problem-solving solutions</li><li>Assists Tier 2 technicians on various tasks as needed</li><li>Performs other administrative and technical duties as assigned by the Product Technical Support Manager</li><li>Participate in standup meetings with support and development teams</li><li>Provide input on improving existing processes Job Requirements</li><li>Associate’s degree or two years related experience and/or training</li><li>Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and supporting applications and systems</li><li>Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices</li><li>Well organized and can adjust to rapidly changing priorities</li></ul>Other Required Skills:<ul><li>Communicates well between cross functional teams</li><li>Has strong presentation and written communication skills</li><li>Brings a continuous improvement mindset to his/her job</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li></ul>  Bonus Skills:<ul><li>Monitoring production systems</li><li>Performance testing</li><li>Work experience with International product teams.</li></ul>If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
