The current team leader is stretched too thin across other parts of the Earth Hero project, so we want to bring in help to speed up progress. About the role<ul><li>Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Android development team.</li><li>Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide mentorship to team members to foster growth.</li><li>Oversee the development and maintenance of the Android version of Earth Hero to enhance user engagement to address climate change faster.</li><li>As the primary point of contact, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers.</li></ul>Experiences useful in this role<ul><li>5+ years of experience engineering for Android devices.</li><li>Leading a team of developers, including coordinating different tasks and reviewing work.</li><li>Experience with Kotlin.
