In this role, you will be instrumental in leading a team of analysts configuring, implementing, and maintaining our Workforce Software system to align with the evolving needs of our organization. You will lead a team of analysts, working closely with diverse stakeholders to identify requirements, design effective solutions, and offer technical guidance to ensure successful platform implementation.</p><p> </p><p><strong> Your Role:</strong></p><p> • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of People Technology analysts responsible for configuring and supporting Workforce Software</p><p>• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Payroll, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend technological solutions to streamline and automate processes. </p><p>• Cross Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the SuccessFactors team to ensure the smooth delivery of cross-platform projects.</p><p> • System Management: Oversee the timely and high-quality implementation of system upgrades, fixes, and enhancements, adhering to best practices in change management.</p><p> • Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice on Workforce Software best practices, including system configurations, roles and permissions, security, business process workflows, custom reports, dashboards, and integration files.</p><p>• Integration Support: Work with integration Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure seamless integration with other HR, Payroll, and IT systems.</p><p>• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation, including design specifications, system configurations, and testing plans for all projects.</p><p>• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest system functionalities, releases, and patches, guiding the team in leveraging these to enhance system performance and capabilities.</p><p>• Business Analysis and Design: Perform in-depth business design, analysis, internal consulting, application testing, and design reviews</p><p> </p><p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.</p><p>• Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer-facing environment.</p><p>• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Workforce Software Techno-Functional Consultant or in a similar capacity, with substantial experience in implementing and supporting Workforce Software.</p><p> • Strong expertise in Workforce Software</p><p>• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for analyzing complex business requirements and designing effective solutions.</p><p>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</p><p>• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting project deadlines.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• Workforce Software certification(s) are highly desirable.</p><div><div><p>By Submitting your application, you understand and agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our <a href="https://www.lucidmotors.com/s3fs-public/pdf/candidate-privacy-notice.pdf">Candidate Privacy Notice</a>.
