Job Description We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join as O&amp;M Manager, CAISO to oversee and manage all aspects of onsite technical support for esVolta’s growing fleet of operational front-of-meter utility-scale battery energy storage projects. The CAISO O&amp;M Manager will report to our Operations Director, and will collaborate closely with development, construction, commercial operations, legal and finance teams to ensure high level of operational performance and uptime through the operations and maintenance of the physical assets working in close coordination with BESS, EMS, and other service providers. Key Responsibilities The O&amp;M Manager plays a critical role in supporting the deployment and maintenance of cutting-edge battery energy storage infrastructure.
