We have No.1 market share, installed 1 out of 4 high-voltage switchgear in the world, &gt;500k high-voltage circuit-breakers installed globally.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>You will act as lean logistic engineer are responsible for optimizing and improving material flow processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency, need to study and analyze the process, optimize the process from the material receiving to material picking, improve productivity.</li><li>You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing related data, summarizing some key indicators from it, and carrying out improvement activities to address the problems, need to develop data reports that meet the company's requirements, from which they can identify problems and propose solutions.</li><li>You will require to gain an in-depth understanding of the factory's material flow process, look for points where improvements can be made, provide innovative solutions and evaluate them on a regular basis to meet the company's needs.</li><li>You will need to reduce production waste and wait caused by material missing/shortage as well as improve productivity in order to help the company achieve maximum efficiency.</li><li>You will deploy advanced manufacturing technology and digital solution.</li><li>You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical-electronics or mechanics or industrial engineering.</li><li>More than 3 years of experience in method, strength in IE tools and data analysis.</li><li>Good practical knowledge of modern production concepts (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
