Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to support the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in warehouse operations, inventory management, and team supervision, with a focus on maintaining productivity and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Lead and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and accuracy.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to streamline workflows.
• Train and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

• Proven 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., AS400 or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in process improvement methodologies.
• Basic understanding of transportation management principles.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
