Position Specific Description
We are seeking a IT Technology Leader with strong communication skills to lead our Insider Threat Program, a key part of NextEra's Cybersecurity Incident Response Team. In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of our Insider Risk team, leading technical investigations, setting team direction and strategy and interfacing with the Insider Risk Working Group. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the Insider Threat or Incident Response space and excel at written and verbal communication.
