The business is early-stage and pre-revenue.  We are looking for a Software Engineering Leader who can take the product and technology from 0 to 100. You will be working with a small team of software engineers and ML scientists in the development and deployment of this technology, reporting to the GM. The position requires a highly motivated, “roll up your sleeves” software leader who can get things done in a fast-paced environment.  As Director of Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the software development process, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects, and aligning efforts with business objectives. This role involves overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, providing strategic vision, technical leadership, and managing project timelines and resources. Additionally, the Director mentors team leaders, drives performance, fosters an environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
