You will also own Serve’s relationship with its top merchants and keep close contact with them pre and post-launch. You will work closely with our BD, Operations, and product teams to ensure the success of our customers. You must be available to travel 25% of the time for this role.ResponsibilitiesMerchant Onboarding and Implementation<ul style=""><li>Develop and execute a streamlined onboarding process for new merchants.</li><li>Guide merchants through the setup process, ensuring smooth integration with our robotic delivery system.</li><li>Provide training and support to help merchants effectively utilize our platform.</li><li>Be ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help when the need arises. </li></ul>Account Management<ul style=""><li>Manage relationships with existing merchants as their primary point of contact.</li><li>Monitor merchant satisfaction and engagement, addressing issues promptly.</li><li>Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services with current merchants.</li><li>Manage reporting to our top merchants.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul style=""><li>Bachelors Degree required </li></ul><ul style=""><li>3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in the tech or food service industry.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and work with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and basic data analysis tools.</li></ul>What Makes You Standout<ul style=""><li>You thrive on multitasking and love taking projects from start to finish.</li><li>You're all about efficiency and getting things done without wasting time.</li><li>Jumping into new situations doesn't faze you—you learn fast and deliver.</li><li>You're a strong communicator, whether talking with the team or clients.</li><li>You enjoy working independently and aren't afraid to take the lead.</li><li>You have experience in or passion for the food delivery or robotics industry.</li><li>You enjoy selling/cold outreach.</li><li>You can travel often.</li></ul>
