Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and adopt best practices in project delivery. Team Leadership: Support the professional development of staff through technical training, mentorship, and performance management. Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term relationships. Digital Integration: Collaborate with BIM and VDC leaders to integrate advanced digital production methodologies into projects, enhancing delivery outcomes.
