We are immediately hiring a Sale Representative Commercial, Building Services & Construction to be based in Miami, FL Metro area - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you’ll do:
Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals.
Selling equipment rentals and services to our Building Services and Construction customers.
Developing medium-to-long term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.
Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
Partner with the operations, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure a superb customer experience with every sale.
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
3+ years of direct sales or technical sales experience selling to contractors
Entrepreneurial Mindset
Must possess a sales hunter mindset
You’ll have a general understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems
Knowledge of selling to contractors (General, Mechanical, and Electrical)
Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Successfully maintained a sales quota of $3.0 million+ annually
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
