Position Summary

Xylem is looking for a Water Systems Service Technician to report to our Bensalem, PA branch and service our equipment at customer sites in the surrounding area.

What your day will look like as a Water Systems Service Technician

The Water Systems Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of our water purification equipment, with special emphasis on electrical controls/programmable logic controller troubleshooting and repairing. Equipment specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but applicants with previous experience working with commercial or industrial mechanical and electrical systems are especially encouraged to apply.

This position has general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.

Position Requirements for Water Systems Service Technicians

HS diploma or equivalent
2-5 years technical experience including basic controls ability, experience in commercial or industrial process water is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft office, including the ability to utilize smart devices
Ability to work in a high customer facing position
Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, a DOT physical, and a MVR check
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

**Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range. The starting salary is based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and market conditions**

Salary range:

$55,300.00 - $88,500.00
