Responsibilities:

• Deliver SAP Projects, IT  Demands as well as First-Level-Support for SAP CO/FI processes to SAP users globally and support Lean Business Process initiatives through automation and reporting improvements
• Define, roll-out and maintain processes, global standards and reporting functionalities in alignment with process owners e.g. Profit Center Reporting, Cost Center Reporting, COPA, Cost Elements hierarchies etc, allocation / distribution cycles in SAP CO (Operative Planning and Actual), calculation of standard costing (e.g. massive upload of standard material costs, standard costing structure, etc.), other SAP FI/CO related processes
• Support daily business of SAP FI/CO users e.g. Calculation of standard costing, Operative Planning process in SAP, SAP authorizations in FI/CO, Administration of interfaces between SAP, BW and Board, Analysis and reporting, Closing processes, Creation of Tickets for IT issues
• Gatekeeper for FI/CO related master data quality like Material Master Data maintenance, accuracy for Costing and Accounting views incl. mass changes (standard material costs, costing structure, etc.)
• Support in creation of IT related purchase orders
• Create documentations and facilitate trainings for users

Qualifications:

• University education – preferable Economics / Finance / Business Administration
• Multiple years of experience in SAP projects and support incl. process design
• English is mandatory on advanced level, German language skills appreciated
• Very good knowledge in SAP FI/CO and Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of SAP SCM and logistics modules
• SAP BW and Analysis for Office or Board and HFM (optionally) systems as additional systems / technical skills
