Nessa oportunidade de estágio, você irá:
- Realizar o acompanhamento de publicações e agenda de audiências. Alimentação da planilha de acompanhamento de processos;
- Suporte na análise de contratos corporativos;
- Elaboração de pesquisas doutrinárias e jurisprudenciais;
- Solicitação de documentos, interface com escritórios de advocacia, trâmites para pagamentos e controle dos mesmo;
- Controle de arquivamento de atos societários.
