Then this might be your chance because we are looking for a Technical Integration Engineer!
Your responsibilities include:
Test and integrate roaming connections (OCPI, eMIP, OICP) with external partners and roaming hubs
Monitor OCPI push/pull activity daily to detect anomalies, investigate errors, and ensure seamless data exchange
Manage test integration life cycle
Execute the operational implementation of innovative technical solutions together with our development
Provide third-line support to our Technical Support team for complex technical issues and escalations
Collaborate with the developers of our IT platform from the perspective of the technical operation
Structured implementation of the planned integration projects including documentation leading to successful project completion.
Cooperation with members of the customer's IT department
Identify and trouble shoot technical (data) problems
Assist the Sales Team in addressing technical inquiries during the acquisition of new clients
Produce articles for internal and external distribution, covering topics such as troubleshooting, documented use cases, procedures
Own workstreams and coordinate in projects, also across departments
You have
Affinity with computers and technology;
Experience with protocols and/or coding (like OCPI, OCPP, SOAP) ;
Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases;
1-3 years of experience in a technical (support) role preferably for B2B services/SAAS applications;
Communications skills and experience with (strategic) stakeholder management;
Experience with API integrations (REST, JSON) is a big plus;
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data inconsistencies between systems;
Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal;
A technical (or IT/computer) science bachelor- or master’s degree (nice to have);
A background in/experience with electric vehicle charging (nice to have);
