You will build the foundation for a long term relationship with Choco and the distributor landscape, working with software engineers, product managers and sales team and interacting regularly with our key clients. This role is based in our London office (London Bridge).What you will do<ul style=""><li>You will drive technical conversations with our key customers in order to understand how their systems (ERPs) work.</li><li>You will support the discovery, implementation and roll-out phases of key integration projects.</li><li>You will take full ownership of designing and building integrations between the Choco platform and the ERPs of our customers.</li><li>You will work on complex designs and often highly customised integrations.</li><li>You will support in pre-sales meetings helping customers understand how our platform works.</li><li>You will contribute to the broader organisation by providing feedback and insights from customers to improve product and processes. </li></ul>What we are looking for<ul style=""><li>5+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer or similar.</li><li>You love solving technical challenges no matter where they come from. </li><li>Comfortable with writing JavaScript expressions and making tweaks to complex scripts.</li><li>You should be able to translate customer requirements to technical documentation and solutions design.</li><li>You are a teacher and 100% customer centric: You will be figuring out how to connect two worlds and systems that don’t always want to fit together. </li><li>You help overcome any obstacle and are pivotal to closing deals - the more languages you speak, the better.</li><li>Proficient with integration tools (APIs, SOAP, REST, etc.) and internal tools used daily.</li><li>You are customer obsessed, and understand the complexities of product integrations for SMB and Enterprise customers.</li><li>You have strong project management experience and have managed multiple complex enterprise projects from inception to completion.</li><li>You thrive in complexity, ambiguity and unknowns. You are unafraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
