<div><div>What will you do?As a QA Manager, you will lead the QA team (3 FTE), the Sustainability team (2 FTE), and the QC team (2 FTE). Your area of focus covers all processes within the company, with work agreements documented in an integrated ISO9001 and BRC management care system. Through audits, work inspection rounds, complaints, and data analysis, you work independently and in collaboration with other departments on the continuous improvement and adjustment of processes. In this role, you are responsible for formulating and implementing quality and product safety policies, ensuring the organization, its processes, and products meet customer and legal requirements. You monitor quality control and report on it, ensuring the quality level is maintained and can be improved where necessary.Additionally, you are the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders regarding quality, product safety, and sustainability. This includes participation that are part of the Business Unit Western Europe of Stora Enso.Key tasks:<ul><li>Proactively identify and implement improvements in quality and product safety;</li><li>Advise management on the quality and product safety of the environment, processes, and products;</li><li>Advise on risks and implement control measures to minimize them;</li><li>Provide training materials and instructions to promote quality and product safety awareness;</li><li>Lead 2 sustainability specialists from the Business Unit Western Europe and coordinate with the SVP Sustainability on priorities.</li><li>Prepare and execute the QA/QC annual plan, with adjustments based on results;</li><li>Coach the team towards self-management.</li></ul>What are we looking for?<ul><li>At least a Bachelor's degree in quality management, food technology, or a similar field;</li><li>At least 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role;</li><li>Recent knowledge of legislation and regulations in the field of quality and product safety;</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and persuade at various levels within the organization about quality and product safety.
