Lead investigations of serious incidents, accidents, and near-misses, ensuring timely reporting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions. Regularly report on HSE performance to senior management and authorities. Ensure comprehensive reporting according to Freudenberg safety standards and all additional mandatory functions. Implementation responsibility for HSE within the scope of FFT</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Engineering or related field an advanced degree is a plus</li><li>Proven track record of at least 10 years in a HSE leadership role, preferably within a multinational organization</li><li>In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
