This role will report to the Director of Construction Project Management and will assist cross-functional partners in Development, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Operations. The successful candidate must be an experienced multi-tasker with the ability to work on multiple (2-3) projects simultaneously. Our ideal candidate is team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a deadline-driven environment.</span></div><br><br><h3> Responsibilities and Duties</h3><ul><li>Weekly and monthly budget review and reporting including: forecast cash flows, invoice review, lien waiver review, actuals, accruals, forecasts </li><li>Review and monitor schedules from different parties and ensure they are fully aligned</li><li>Track milestones and any updates or changes to the contractor schedule</li><li>Track owner, contractor, and 3rd party deliverables in the EPC contracts and land contracts.</li><li>Read and understand construction contracts</li><li>Manage consultant agreements and deliverables </li><li>Attend meetings with contractors, utilities, grid operators</li><li>Manage Owner Site Team</li><li>Develop project trackers to manage the quality and commissioning process</li><li>Track delivery of owner supplied materials and ensure that the milestone payments and contractual notices are completed</li><li>Assist Project Finance team in compiling monthly documentation such as external progress reports, lien waivers, invoices, subordination agreements, estoppels, warranties and supporting documentation</li><li>Liaise with the Owner's engineer, manage the deliverables per the project schedule</li><li>Prepare weekly internal reports for executive level discussions</li><li>Review and manage EPC engineering documents (IFP, IFC, RFI, submittals, transmittals, as builds) and ensure they are answered or cleared in a timely manner</li><li>Mentor Associate Project Managers as they progress in their careers</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field</li><li> Minimum 5 years progressive experience working in solar and/or battery storage with a focus on project management, EPC contract management, budget ownership, invoice tracking, and schedule monitoring</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Project Manager or equivalent on at least 2 solar or battery storage projects from start of construction to substantial completion</li><li>Advance knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, Slack, Bluebeam High attention to detail and standards for work products</li><li>Able to translate complex findings into slide presentations for executive team review</li><li>Familiar with site safety protocols and procedures</li><div><br></div><div>*A note on qualifications: Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they are able to perform every task in the job description.
