By streamlining operations and improving customer satisfaction, you will enhance service reliability and contribute to Fastned’s growth as Europe’s leading fast-charging provider. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate closely with the Director of Technology Operations to align technology advancements with operational needs to improve performance, optimise  uptime, and ensure a seamless customer experience;</li><li>Develop and implement operation strategies, policies, and procedures;</li><li>Establish operational goals, KPIs and monitor progress towards achieving them;</li><li>Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for operations-related expenses;</li><li>Understand local station requirements (state of the stations, contractual obligation, maintenance, grid, permit limitations etc..), chargers and customers. Stay close to the market and its operations;</li><li>Manage and motivate a team of employees (centrally and in the field), providing leadership and guidance to ensure employee satisfaction and optimal performance;</li><li>Collaborate with other departments such as Construction Management, Network Development, Location Design to identify and address operational inefficiencies;</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards;</li><li>Frequently visit your local teams to connect &amp; align, provide coaching and performance feedback; </li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other local business partners.</li></ul>Who are we looking for?We’re looking for a Director of Service Operations who’s ready to grow and make an impact.
